I will start out by saying Mari is the best is an understatement. We listed our house with another realtor a year prior and didn't feel they really cared to help us sell itbecause it needed some work and they would have to find the right buyer for it. We decided to do a for sale by owner and just do it ourselves, but have someone draw upthe paperwork. We called Mari after seeing her name on the signs all over Lindsborg. We just knew we wanted to be in Lindsborg and she must really be trusted and knowthe market there. Mari not only showed us some different houses, but agreed to help with all the paperwork of our home sale. We were able to find a buyer, but it wasn't atypical buy and sell situation. She was able to navigate us through that tough situation while finding us the house we really wanted. With that said, it wasn't going to be thetypical buy and sell with the house we wanted either. She negotiated with another realtor and sellers to make this crazy deal we had going happen. Mari made multipletrips to our house 45 minutes away to help get things done even though she wasn't really making anything off of it. Knowledge. Mari knows real estate values, variables, and the factors that sell a house; she knows the buyers' desires and the sellers' bottom line. She understands market fluctuations and the timing of making an offer or negotiating a price differential.
Persistence. If you can't find the perfect house when you are ready to buy, Mari will keep an open eye for a place that meets your specifications. If the first browser does not buy your house or if an offer falls through, she encourages her client to hang in there—that good things come to those willing to wait and watch.
Organization. Mari keeps abreast of every stage of the transaction, informing and reminding the seller of appointment times, as well as times for inspection, etc. She extends a similar plan of action for the prospective buyer. Things just don't go awry with Mari on the scene.
Finally, Mari Loder has an excellent disposition for her business. She is enthusiastic and positive. She listens and hears what her client requires or desires. She takes pleasure in assisting customers and therefore makes a potentially stressful deal a pleasure instead. I heartily recommend Mari Loder.

Mari helped us sell our home in Lindsborg 2 1/2 yrs ago when we moved to NE. She went above and beyond making sure all rural inspections were done and all requirements were done to make closing go smooth. She even dealt with some serious issues with the county. When we decided to return to KS and this area Mari is the only person I wanted to help us find a new home. She met with me the first day in KS with houses set up to see. She knew what things we were wanting and had alerts set on her phone to let her know as soon as she could when a listing came up that might be something of interest to us.Again once we found the house we wanted, she worked to get us answers on questions we had regarding some of the issues since it was an older home that needed updated. She worked quickly and efficiently to get us in our new house within a month since we were living in a motel. Mari doesn't stop after closing, we had some water issues in our basement shortly after we moved in and I texted her at 6 am with questions like who do I call. She responded with a plumber's name and number and a cleaning agent that our home insurance uses. Her responding to me so quickly calmed my panic and made me feel like it was going to be ok. Again she went above and beyond! Mari truly cares and always puts her clients first. Brett and I appreciate so much all she has done for us!

My partner and I were first time home buyers and she helped us every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure that we had all of the resources we needed to complete paperwork, the house was in the best possible condition (met in person with the seller to go over super small details multiple times), and that we could focus on the excitement of owning our first home! She also knows everyone in the area and worked seamlessly with our loan rep at the bank, the title company, and had a constant supply of recommendations for the best service providers (insurance, electrician, plumber, etc). We had the unique situation where she served as both our realtor as well as the realtor for the seller, which in some cases may be less than ideal, but it was not a concern for us for even a second. She was honest, straightforward, and handled every step with kindness and a huge smile. "This was my first time buying a house, and it was a breeze. I had looked for about 6 months with another agent and switched to Mari just because I need a change of pace. We looked at houses and talked about the pros and cons or them and how it would suite me. If she felt it wasn'?t right for me she would tell me, but she wouldn'?t push me on something I wasn't interested in either. Once we found a place she busted it, I'd talk with her sometimes 6-7 times a day asking what I needed to do and she would always tell me what she already took care of and that I was looking good in my process. When negotiations started I told her what I thought was fair and she wasn'?t hesitant to give me an honest opinion back. So we went for it on a house I'?m already loving. We negotiated through the weekend and she was catching all sorts of details needed in the contract to cover me. We added things, took things out and I never had to worry I was getting screwed in my contract. Every time I'd ask if I was making a good choice she would give me support and encourage me. Buying a house is a huge accomplishment for me and having someone that'?s there looking out for my best interest was key to getting my house. Mari isn't just a middle man or agent she'?s acted as a friend looking out for my interests and made sure I and the seller were both getting a good deal, she respected them and treated them how I would want to be treated as a seller. Cannot thank her enough for being so quick to get answers and for even setting up our first viewing. I closed in less than a month if that tells you anything, the sellers were in a hurry which sped that up but she was prompt to everything from the first time we looked at a house together up until I was moved in. She still checks up to make sure everything is going smooth and that I'?m happy with my house. "If you want a realtor that will look out for you through the whole process Mari is the one you want in your corner. She is amazing, she is not a high pressure realtor and doesn't make you feel like you need to settle. She had our backs through the whole thing. My dad decided to put his home up for sale in April and Mari came in and gave him her undivided attention, talked to him about what he was going through (had lost my mom in February) and what was his goals. Within a few hours he had an offer before the home was even put on the market and she lead him through every step. He eventually did accept an offer from the first couple after a short negotiation. But unfortunately he passed away before the final papers could be signed so I was like....OH NO!!!! But Mari was calm and said not to worry she would figure it out for us and she did. She had a team that she knew she could count on to help walk all of us through this process. Finally on June 5th the final papers where signed and a wonderful couple will be enjoying my parents home for a long time. 5 stars isn't enough to justify all the quality care, support, education, and patience that Mari provided for us. Mari scheduled endless visits for us when we were searching for a house. It took almost six months to find the right one and Mari never once gave up on us. She has some of the best ideas and great suggestions when it comes to finding a house and her communication skills are phenomenal. She will definitely point out flaws in a home when she sees them. Mari never made it feel like she was pushing you to buy a home. Mari doesn't deserve 5 stars. Mari deserves a galaxy, her service is out of this world. 10/10 recommend a million times over. You won't be disappointed.
